Shipping
Items in stock will typically leave our warehouse within 24 hours.
Need it quick? Let us know at the time of order and we can arrange for expedited handling.
We ship U.P.S., FedEx and in the case of larger products a variety of trucking firms.
Configured systems require the opening of the boxes prior to shipping. We will install, check and re-box the system prior to shipping.
Unless otherwise noted you should expect a new, factory sealed product from us.
Smaller items and groups of items may be packaged in an outer box for added safety and security.
All items ship insured.
Remember, all shipments will require an adult signature at the time of delivery.
Free shipping offers are shipped via ground service and apply to locations in the Continental U.S. only
Freight Damage
Please inspect your packages thoroughly for any signs of damage upon delivery.
If you see something that you are uncertain of, make sure that the driver notes your concern on the way-bill before you sign for and accept the delivery.
Once you accept the package, it is your responsibility to make a claim with the carrier for any damage.
In the event of concealed damage, discovered after receipt, we will make every effort to replace the item while the claim is being resolved.
Defective on Arrival Equipment
If you feel the unit you received is defective right out of the box, please contact us at 1.888.487.1123 for troubleshooting assistance and exchange instructions if needed.
Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 7-day refund or exchange on many of the items we sell.
All returning items must be in NEW condition with ALL original packaging, manuals and blank warranty cards.
Return freight is the responsibility of the customer.
A 15% restocking fee may apply on select items.
Many of the items we sell are available for demonstration. If you are not sure of your purchase, call us @ 888.487.1123 and we will try to arrange a demo.

The Process
Items being returned MUST have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER from Cutting Edge-SF to be accepted at our loading dock. That RA number MUST be visible on the package being returned. To obtain an RA number please call us at 1.888.487.1123 or e-mail us at customerservice@CuttingEdge-SF.com
We will need the following information:
Purchaser name
Item being returned
Reason for return
Serial number
When preparing to ship please follow these procedures;
DO NOT write on the box. Choose either an address label or an outer box. The RA number MUST appear on the package.
Insure the package for the full amount you paid for it.
In the event of a refund request please expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper.
In many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.
Here is an approximate time line:
Transit time from you to us (5 to 10 business days).
Processing your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days).
Bank processing time once refund is granted (5 to 10 business days).
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Warranty
We are an authorized dealer for all the brands we sell.
Unless otherwise noted all new products come with a full manufacturer's warranty.
Warranty cards will detail length, conditions and restrictions. Please contact us for any clarification.
Should a problem arise, contact us and we will be happy to help you arrange for service with the maker or an authorized service agent local to you.
Freight charges associated with warranty repair are the responsibility of the owner.
Sales Tax
All orders shipped within the state of California will be subject to state and local taxes. Our shopping cart will calculate sales tax based on the zip code of your shipping address.
If you qualify for any California Tax Exemptions please contact us at customerservice@CuttingEdge-SF.com or 888.487.1123 to make the appropriate arrangements.
Security
We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express and Discover through a secure online server.
All credit cards are processed through Authorize.net.
Additionally, our site is inspected regularly to test and verify that all is secure.
Our site does not store your credit card information electronically. This means your info can't be hacked or borrowed from us. It also means you will need to input it for each transactions.
We will only be able to ship to the billing address on your credit card. That address information will be verified at time of credit card processing.
Please make sure you give us the shipping address and phone number that are associated with the credit card you are purchasing with. This will to avoid any delays in processing your order.

International Purchase
Payment for all International orders is accepted via bank wire transfer (TT) only. Bank details will be provided upon request.
We will ship upon bank confirmation of receipt of funds. Bank fees are the responsibility of the purchaser.
